Prime Beam is a media player. It plays the M3U and Xtream Codes playlists that you add from providers of your choosing.
Prime Beam doesn't provide, sell, host or recommend any channels, films, series or playlists, and has no relationship with any provider. It's free to use, with no ads.
Content you add
You're responsible for the playlists you add and the content you watch through them. Only use playlists and content that you have the legal right to access where you live.
Prime Beam doesn't check providers or their content, and isn't responsible for them: for what they offer, for whether it's available, or for its legality.
Your account
You can use Prime Beam without an account. If you sign in with Apple to sync between devices, keep your devices and profile PINs secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store and why.
Pro, Lifetime and tips
Prime Beam Pro adds extra features to the free app, for example more profiles and playlists, kids profiles and multi-view. The App Store shows the current price in your currency before you buy.
- Pro Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription. If you're eligible, it starts with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the trial ends. It renews each month unless you turn auto-renew off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID's subscription settings.
- Lifetime is a one-off purchase that unlocks Pro for as long as Prime Beam offers Pro features.
- Tips are voluntary one-off payments that support development. They don't unlock anything.
Apple processes all payments, and the App Store's terms apply to them. Apple handles refunds: request them through Apple.
If Pro ends, nothing you've added is deleted. Extra profiles and playlists stay saved, but are locked until you upgrade again.
AI coins
AI coins are an allowance for AI features that we may offer in the app. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and we may change how they're granted or used.
Acceptable use
Don't use Prime Beam to break the law or infringe anyone's rights. Don't try to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or get unauthorised access to the Prime Beam service. Don't use it to build a competing service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Prime Beam running well. Even so, features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Streams depend on your provider and your connection, which are outside our control.
Warranty and liability
Prime Beam is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from content or services provided by third parties.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Prime Beam and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to the Prime Beam service for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Prime Beam changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change matters, we'll also tell you in the app. If you keep using Prime Beam after a change, you accept the updated terms.
